Label Preview Is Ok, Printed Is Not 追蹤

Hello everyone,

I would like some help with bartender software. We are reseller from Greece. A customer has a problem printing labels. The language of the labels is Arabic and in the preview of the label on the screen of the pc everything seems ok but when they print the text is a little bit change. The queue of the words is changed. And probably change the meaning. Can you give me some help here?
