Scaling - Not Printing Full Label Width To Zebra 110Xi4 追蹤

I have a Zebra 110xi4 printer in which I have 4" wide stock loaded. I am using the ZDesigner printer driver version 2.6.77 on a Windows 2003 Server. I am using BarTender version 7.72.

The Printing Preferences for the printer driver are set to use a 4" * 3" label.

In BarTender I have setup a format that matches my stock (4" * 3") and have content across the entire label.  When I perform a test print from bar tender my label prints to the printer, however it does not print the entire width of the label. What shows as being 4" wide within BarTender prints scaled down to only about 60% of size on the actual label. Note that nothing is chopped off or omitted - the image printed is simply scaled down from what it should be.

Is there a setting or option that I need to change to get my image to print full sized?

Thanks,

Update - I just installed the Seagull printer driver for my Zebra printer and am getting the same results as before.

One other note..... no matter what I have the printer's width setting set to, after printing to it it resets to 812, which I believe is less than full width (1248 is the max width for this printer with the 300 dpi print head installed).  I noted this behavior both with the Zebra and Seagull print drivers installed.

It sounds like you may have the wrong driver installed.  Make sure that the DPI of the driver matches the DPI of the printer, you may have the 203 dpi driver installed with a 300dpi print head.

Confirmed!   I reinstalled making sure I used the 300dpi driver (instead of the 203dpi which defaulted) and the issue is resolved.

Thanks and Merry Christmas!
