    Hello adminbupak,

To insert the trigger file's name into the BarTender document you'll need to modify the actual trigger file in order to add the name to the trigger file data. That can certainly be done using a "Transforms" command (from within the Commander task). You would also need to use the trigger file as database.

*Note that the above requires the use of the Enterprise Automation edition.

To provide you more details on how to get it done, please let me know what exact version edition and build of BarTender you are working with. I'll also need to know what type of command you are working with and if you are using the trigger file as database.

    Regards.

    Hi Guru,

    thanks for your reply.

We have Enterprise Automation edition version 10.1 SR1 build: 2934 running on MS Server Std 2008 R2 SP1 (x64).

We use simple task in BT Commander which observes a directory (without database).

As soon as a file comes in to the directory, the triger prints the label and renames the file extention from .csv to .txt

Here are pictures witch settings from one BT command (we have not permission for add images with url)

We need only get the filename to printed label

    Hello Jarolimek,

To be precise, Commander first renames the trigger file and then the BarTender Command handler will process and print it. What you need to do is add a "Transforms" command to the Commander task before the actual command that prints it (not sure if you are using a "BarTender" command or a "Commander script" command). With the Transforms command you can use a "Search and Replace" action to add the proper image path.

Please test it and, if you still are not able to work as expected, attach your BarTender document, a sample trigger file and your Commander task list so I can take a look at them.

    Regards.
