Print Batchmaker's Documents 追蹤

I have a set of documents to print so I saved them into the Batchmaker to print them at the same time.

 

[attachment=1787:Image_145.png]

 

My documents are based on database fields. To populate the document I ask to the user a number (which is an ID). All the database fields are based on this ID.

 

This ID is asked with this query :

 

[attachment=1785:Image_142.png][attachment=1786:Image_143.png]

 

So, when I try to print my documents, the pop-up appear for each label saved in the Batchmaker. In this case 3 time. Can I have the same result with only one pop-up ?

Do these three documents all print to the same printer and use the same database setup?  If so you could make one document and set up templates to handle the design changes.

They use the same database setup but I also use the Ian C solution to display multi records into one label

 

Actually, multiple records per label is possible to achieve.  See the below example:

 

[attachment=1788:1.png][attachment=1789:2.png][attachment=1790:3.png][attachment=1791:4.png][attachment=1792:5.png]

 

[attachment=1793:Multiple
Line Items.btw]

I don't know how to use both solutions at the same time

me either ... I've never used multiple records on a label
