Lines Too Long

Hmmm, seems strange and I don't know why this is happening.  Have you tried recreating the line from scratch, or copy/paste the other line and move into position?  Maybe you could adjust the "Document Properties" of the HP printer driver via the "Print" dialog to modify how lines/boxes are drawn.  Perhaps rasterizing the drawing of lines could fix the problem.

BTW: I would recommend the use of layers if possible for your label design.  In that way you could put the various aspects of your design (text, lines, boxes etc) into different layer edit spaces, and thus making the document much easier to maintain overall.

@Ian, thank you for response. Unfortunately I did re-created document, but then different line was longer :) I very like idea with layers, however after 210+ manually placed text box controls it bit difficult to do it now.

I really do not like to manually create every cell in table and I find mapping to CSV file (fields are in column names ...) not too flexible.

It turns out that problem with longer lines is more related to printer drivers.

Today I had opportunity to print on several different printers and results where good.

Thank you again and all the best!

Hi all, just an update after more tests.

Longer lines where noticed when PCL6 driver for HP printer is used.

Full name of the driver is HP LaserJet P3011/P3015 PCL6 Class Driver and printer is P3015.

If instead, the HP Universal Printing PCL 5 driver is used then print-out looks perfect, but another problem arises - high CPU usage!

This has been confirmed on 5 exactly same printers (same model and type) and on 2 more printers but different model and type.
