Honeywell resizing template

Good morning to all. I'm looking for help for the following issues We buy a couple of Honeywell PM45 203dpi printers, installed with bartender drivers, but now on printing the same label layout we use before on cabs, on Honeywell it's downsizing the template. Already checked resolutions, dimensions, everything looks ok Can someone help me on this?
