Over the years I have seen a few weird results, that make no sense, when using the ZDesigner driver that go away when you use the Seagull driver (such as peripherals like internal rewinds stopping working for example) and so if the DPI and all the label sizes and settings are correct then maybe worth trying that.

With the print engines I tend to leave a lot of the BarTender driver settings to Use Current Printer Settings and so the front panel config applies for these rather than have these values sent down in the label format

Thank you for the answer! Do you know if there is a seagull driver that can be used ZE511 (600dpi) printer? We do however send a lot of settings in the label format so we will try to give this a try as well. You can se the "5 cm" blank space in the preview of the label in Designer as well.

If you can see the blank area in Designer on a preview then that means your label has been created incorrectly and is too big. Changing the driver wont adjust anything. The label height should be the actual height of the label ignoring any inter-label gap as the print engine will pick that up. Make sure there are no top and bottom margins set in your label page setup.

Yes there was a gap but when we removed the gap we had the same issue, there are no margins and the template and page size is the same . If we set the offset in the printer to -3mm from 0 we can move the print in the correct position. It seems that the zero position is not in the right corner of the label?

Sometimes you do need to adjust the start of print position but that tends to be few and far between from my experience
