We are using BarTender 2022 Enterprise. We run Citrix to deliver applications to a user's desktop. Because we do not want to install 100+ label printers on our Citrix application servers, we use BarTender Integration Services to print all our labels. Printers are installed on a "BarTender server". We are using the file method for printing labels - the applications drop a file in a BarTender monitored directory on the BarTender server and the BarTender Integration Services detect the file and print the label. I have installed BarTender on our Citrix application servers. The problem I have is the Reprint Console. Because the printer used to print the label is not installed locally, the Reprint Console does not show a preview of the label and I cannot reprint the label - ...printer not found. Any suggestions?
