Different Zebra printers
Hello!
We use different Zebra printers in our factory Zebra ZT410, Zebra ZT411 with different drivers, adapted for each model, we notice that the prints are different on different printers. Should we have the same driver for all printers? Which driver in that case should we have so that the printing is the same, or should we have the same printer model for the best result.

I guess this relates to your other post about the text wrapping and so I refer to you the response on there.

yes and no,
I wonder how I handle drivers depending on which model I used of the Zebra printer in production, should it be the same for all, or should it be a model adapted driver. If there is a difference in printing with the same label but with different drivers, should we stick to the same model of printer for the same result?0 -
A large number of the Zebra printers use the same programming language (ZPL) and commands and so often you can just send the same label to multiple different printers without issue. However, different models may have some slight differences, such as start of print position etc and so this can result in differences in the printed output. Also you need to check that the fonts you are using are installed on each of the printers and if they are downloaded that they are downloaded in the same order so that they have the same reference/ID in the all of the drivers
