Printing issues

Barcode stickers are loaded in bartender but the printer keeps printing blanks.

  Have you checked you are using the correct labels? There are two types Thermal transfer, that require the use of a ribbon, and Direct thermal that does not. If you are not using a ribbon then try running a fingernail over a ribbon if it "reacts" and leaves a clear grey-black mark then you can tell that the label is a direct thermal label. 

  If you are using a ribbon check that it is installed correctly (inkside in or inkside out) and it would often say this on the label on the ribbon as some printers require that a specific type of ribbon it used or that it be loaded in the correct orientation. 

  You could also look at the heat/darkness the printer is set to as for some materials you may find you need to increase this setting to produce an image
