Modify Fields in Select Records Preview in 10.1

Is there a way to change which Database Fields show up in the Select Records dialogue window?

I was able to follow the instructions here to be able to resize the window at least.

However, I need to be able to arrange the Fields to show only relevant info that's attached to the template.

I want to be able to do this in 10.1 without going to 2016, using the Column Chooser, then saving as an older Bartender version.

 

I have different 10.1 templates that show different Fields in the Select Records window, but I cannot find where that can be edited.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

  As 10.1 is quite a few years out of date it has been a long time since I have gad access or used it and so I am not sure when certain features were added. 

  Can you add a record picker to a Data Entry form in 10.1 and if so, if you go into the Properties of that can adjust the order the columns are displayed? I have a feeling this was a later addition but I could be wrong
