Toshiba BA410T - Connection to the network printer fails
Hello,
I have a question regarding your experience with printer drivers. We have the problem that all clients cannot connect to a label printer (see attachment), although it is pingable and correctly set up (previous label printer has the same model number & driver).
The following has already been checked:
- The firewall rules have been checked
- Latest drivers installed
- Windows updates (from print server)
- Set up a new print server as a test & installed the black sheep there (same error)
- Reg-Edit checked and restricted admin installation deactivated
- Does anyone else have any ideas?
UPDATE: In the Eventlog on my Client i get following Message:
The description for the event ID “512” from the source “Seagull TCP Library V3” was not found. Either the component that triggers this event is not installed on the local computer or the installation is damaged. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event occurred on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
