We are using avery alx 924 printers and we use bartender 2022.
We are sending a print job to the printer with the bartender integration tool. The
labels contains some scripted items, barcodes and a serialised field.
The labels are correct printed for most of the time. However, sometimes the
the printer stops with receiving print jobs. On the server is the spooler saying
that the document is printed (which clearly isn't). Sending a new print job to the
printer doesn't solve this. The only solution I have is restarting the label server.
We are use the latest driver (2024.3.0) on windows server 2019.
Has anybody seen this before?
Is somebody having a solution to fix this?
