Install Print Portal and not allow end user Bartender Client

We would like a restricted front-end to the end user to only print pre-existing label templates, but when "Print Portal" is selected for Install, it requires "Bartender Client".

Users then have access to create adhoc templates and print them anywhere.

Web Portal would be a good solution, but the front-end is too slow for our production environment.

  Hi Rod,

  A couple of ways round this Rod would be to either configure the security groups and user permissions in the Admin Console app or (far simple but less secure) would be to enable the Print Only Password option from the Administer menu in BarTender Designer. Remember with Print Station too to adjust the settings in that (via the spanner icon) to lock that to stop any users "playing" with any of the config for that.
