    You would need to send an appropriate command to the printer "in" a label. This would depend on your printer but with most Seagull drivers there is a way to send an advanced printer command to the printer. Such as with a Zebra printer:

    To use this create a label with just say a text field on it but include a user command (start of job) to send the appropriate either rest of clear memory command.. For example for the above believe the ~JA (Cancel All) would do the trick but I haven't not got a Zebra to heand to test with and I cant remember if you need that to be sent with the usual ^XA...^XZ  around it to (been a while since I have done any ZPL programming)
