No I do not think that is possible unless you set up either multiple labels or a label with either multiple templates or layers with conditional printing options configured.

However, your issue does sound unusual unless the label has not been configured correctly or the incorrect drivers are being used etc.

Where these are correct, the only time I have come across this was where there as an issue with the hardware where a customer had two identical model Sato printers but one had a horizontal offset set in it somewhere (seemed to be physical rather than software controlled) and this forced the start of print position to be further to the right than it should and so we had to compensate in the driver of the 2nd device to match the settings and produce identical labels.

how to configured the label correctly? i use 1 design for 2 different printer (same brand , different type, seagull driver), it has different result (both result is not same with the preview)

it will very hard for me if the bartender can't send the margin value from database or the print command script parameters.

    Thanks.

I'm having a very similar issue and we can't figure out how to use the API to adjust print margins either.  We use high end Zebra 600 series printers.  Our pre-printed stock sometimes requires the print to moved a few mils to get everything to print.  We're currently printing 1 label, open Bartender Cloud Designer, adjust margin, print 1 more, adjust .... we usually get it right on the 2nd or 3rd try.  We think we could do this a lot easier using the API.  We tried updating the PageSetup metadata which wasn't helpful.  Some ideas here would be fantastic.
