Bartender 2016: .net application Print to file

Hi,

I am creating a .net application that generates ZPL file from Bartender files.

I am using Bartender 2016.

The documentation is not very clear on the process to follow as it mentions using BarTenderPrintClient.dll to call CreatePrintToFileLicense() method, but it seems this library is not available in 2016.

Checking other forums it seems that I need to load a .Jar file (!) to be able to call the method. Is there not a simpler way? I am not creating any Server app or similar, I just want to print to file a Bartender layout and then edit the file.

If this something specific of bartender 2016? If I used Bartender 2019 would the procedure be the same?

  For BarTender 2021 nothing changed. We still don't know where take ActiveX to CreatePrintToFileLicense.
