    Hi Tom!

Thank you for sharing your issue in our Community Forums.

I presume that this being an RDS environment, these two users don't share a workstation, correct? If that's the case, and each of them has their dedicated machine, this could be a driver issue.

Could you check these two machines' printer drivers so we can verify user A is using the same version of the driver user B is using? You can find the version of the driver by opening the label and navigating to "File > Print > Printer Properties", then clicking the "About" tab, and finally accessing the "Version" button:

If these two are different, then I would uninstall the one user A is using, find out a download link for the one user B is using, and then install it and test it out.

Hopefully, these two are different and we have a simple solution in our hands.

    Hi Xabier,

Thanks for the fast response! The two user are indeed not sharing a workstation, but however the print drivers are installed on a dedicated print server. So the 2 users are using the same driver (double checked to be sure).

Installing a newer version of printer driver is something I prefer not to do, since we now have 8 users (correction 7) who are using Bartender and 7 label printers intensively.

I saw something like this with a networked Sato printer previously and we ended up having to update the driver to get round this in the end, but that may not be the case here and so it maybe worth trying to establish if the fault is user or PC specific.

If you get user A to log onto PC B and visa versa what happens when they preview and then print the label, does the fault stay on the PC or follow the user account?

I know it may seem strange but does the fault persist if you flip the label image by 180 degrees or if you remove the graphic/logo?

I flipped the label by 180 degrees, but issue stays the same.

Still need to try user A to log onto PC B and test that.

That looks as if that user has a margin set in the label template or driver as it is the same half of the label that is missing,

If you create a brand new label under that users account do you get the same thing?

    Hello,

Another colleague found what was wrong. It was indeed something in de page settings. With the user (printing the partial label) the setting below was set:

The only strange thing to me is the user has this setting on every label. When another person opens the same label, the setting is correct ...
