License problem, continuing on ticket #357261 追蹤

The customer has the same problem again. They get error 1403. 

The 19/10 you wrote: "I have now increased the activations available for this license, therefore your customer will have no issue if he needs to move the license to another machine and do a reinstallation."

Unfortunately they cannot activate the license. The error message says there is no more activations.

We are sorry to hear your customer is experiencing Error 1403 again. As this is an issue related to a license activation, we would recommend you reach our Support Channels via email on our Get Support page. If your client's license has an Active Maintenance & Support contract with us, you will have phone, chat, and web-form options available so you can reach Support. If not, you will always be able to reach us via web-form with issues related to license activation.

You could also reply to the last email you exchanged with our Support Technicians on ticket #357261 and a follow-up ticket will be automatically created.

If you have issues creating the ticket, please let us know and we will create a ticket for you so we can begin troubleshooting this issue with you.

Hopefully, we can get rid of this issue for good this time.
