Problem with duplicated prefix when a label is printed from the print portal

I just configured a similar label on my system and it works correctly. I was using R6 and not R7 as I had not updated it yet but will retest shortly when the installation is complete.

If you print rather than just preview from Designer does that work?

As an alternative option, what happens is you add the 732039 as a separate sub-string rather than the prefix via the New Data Source button at the bottom of the barcode screen you are showing above?

I will try to print from Designer on Friday and I get back with the result.

I added "732039" as a data source as suggested above and it seems to work perfectly.

    Good stuff.

I haven't been able to retest with R7 as I seemed to have broken my Print Portal and the IIS settings when I updated it !

Need to go through and recheck everything but not had a chance yet. Not a major issue for me as I only use it infrequently for support and testing etc. and not in a live environment.

Thank you for your input and suggestion and sorry for your print portal.

I will get back on Friday and test to print.

Print Portal back up and running! Need to run a repair on one of the Windows apps for some reason.

I have retested my label and the prefix and barcode are correct when both previewing and printing from Print Portal and so I am guessing it must be something in your label template that it does not like. Hopefully with the 2nd data source option you can get round this anyway.
