    If you use the Get Support link above and raise this with their Tech Support team then they should hopefully be able to expediate it this for you rather than post on this community forum page.

    Hi Jack,

    Thank you for reaching us in our Community Forum.

    Our BarTender software uses a Printer-Based licensing method. You can learn more about Printer-Based Licensing here. We are aware some unexpected issues may arise with your currently licensed printers. For those situations, we offer a 30 day grace period during which some temporary licenses are provided. This grace period allows you to correct your temporary licensing situation.

    That being said, we have reviewed your case and we will be reaching you via email shortly.

    Hello,

       I had to post a new post here because a tech asked me to do so.

       The good this is that someone already reached me and said she reset my printer count for a 1-time exception, which I'm grateful for anyway.

       However, this 30 days grace period should be enough to get a new permeant printer.

    You will need to contact Seagull's Tech team directly. Click on the button (3 lines) at the top and then the Submit a Request option to do this
