Bartender asking to select records twice with query prompt.
Hello all,
Maybe someone will have answer to my question or maybe I doing something wrong...
1. I use Bartender 2021.
2. Connected to MySQL DB.
3. Created simple filter with query prompt
Now the strange feature of Bartender:
I open template and selecting record with query prompt:
And when i go to print window and tap PRINT query prompt window pop-up again and ask select records. Then i need select again records and just then starts print.
And this double query prompt always appear and I don't understand logic of this.
I would like just first time select records and check is everything ok.

In your first image the database is disconnected from the label and if you have set up a query prompt/filter the selected records should probably be set to All and Selected

No, at this place it's all ok.
I can select record with query and with disconnected database.
Just after I enter name in query window then database connecting self.
Problem is that in print windows I need again select record...
After press print button query prompt pop-up again.
And need select records again though the records already selected.

I think that is where the problem lies, you are having to connect the database when you open the label.
When you press Print/Print Preview that is when the filter/query prompt should run as that is when you are actually going to be printing and so the 2nd request you are seeing is correct.
I think you need to check your Database Connection Setup settings as the label seems to be disconnecting from the database and so you are having to reconnect every time you open the label, that is not a normal thing for BarTender to do unless there is an issue with the setup or file itself.

So, you say that is not possible leave just first one selection?
My wish would be that i select record just with:
Because in this windows i can see 'exactly' data loaded.
And would be great that in print/preview window should not need select records.
But you say that 2nd request is correct request...

If you want to see the exact record selected at print time you could add the a text input box on to a Data Entry Form and then include a Preview of Template image item that would be populated with the data of the record chosen, such as the image below. I have also included a number input box linked to the Copies parameter on this sample
