Print to PDF Issues

When trying to print from PDF, a text box keeps getting blacked out and I can't figure out the reason for it.

 

This is how it's supposed to look according to our template.

 

This is how it turns out.

 

Any suggestions?

  What PDF printer are you using for printing these labels? If you use another PDF printer, such as Microsoft Print to PDF or our native PDF printer, does the same behavior appear as well?
  
  Also, what BarTender version and service release are you currently running? In case your BarTender version is outdated (you can check our latest service releases here), we would recommend upgrading your BarTender version by following the steps detailed in this article and checking if this fixed the issue.
