In order to properly troubleshoot this issue with you, we would need to gather more information on the issue:
- When did it first appear? Did you update BarTender? Did you always experience this issue?
- Is the issue constant or intermittent?
- What is your environment like? Are there multiple workstations using BarTender? If so, are all machines affected or just particular ones?
- What are your BarTender version, edition, and service release? You can find this information under the "Help" > "About" tab in BarTender Designer.
Also, depending on the configuration, we have reports the steps mentioned in this article did not work after a full restart of the affected machines and printers. Could you restart your machines and then apply the suggested configuration?
