send print via REST API

Hi,

I have a doubt about callin Rest API from Insonmia. 
should we send the port on URL ? what the requirements configuration for firewall setting / Bartender configuration?

  Thank you for using the BarTender forums! While I don't have an exact answer for your issue, here's some documentation for our Rest API that may be of help:

  • BarTender REST API Help Article

  And some other advice related to your issue:

  • For Insomnia POST action, I believe the URL should be http://<host>/Integration/POST/Execute 
  • On the .btin Integration, be sure to set the Input Data to JSON Variable (if you're using JSON) and the Response Content-type to text/plain.
  • Integration Service runs on Port 5150 and the API runs on Port 5159
