History Tracking of all Printed Labels
I have been looking all over for an answer, and have not found one yet.
Currently we manually keep track of all the labels that we print off, this includes date, person who printed, quantity, starting and ending serial number. I was told that Bartender has the capabilities to keep track of this information, but have been unable to find how to do this. Does anyone know where I can find this answer?
Thank you in advance

This depends on the version and edition of your software.
In older versions (pre 2019 I think it would be) this was enabled in Administer>Log setup option but since the introduction and revamp of Administration Console this is now configured in there. The data is stored in the System Database and can be viewed in the History Explorer Application.
If you only need to log this information on individual machines then this can be achieved using all the upto date versions of the software but only for upto 7 days (I believe it is) #. To log the information for longer than this or from multiple locations then you would need the Enterprise version of the software with the local BarTender installs all linked back to a centralised System Database.
# For pre 2019 I think the logging options were only available in Automation (local logs) and Enterprise (centralised) editions

Thank you for the information. That is what I figured but wasn't quite sure. We have 2021 Automation, which I was told that we would still be able to record history data. I guess I will have to see about upgrading.

No problem.
As mentioned above you can still log the info from Automation but only to the System Database on the PC/Server that is being used to print the labels and not to one central location.
