I would suggest going back a few steps first to try and resolve this. As these issues are usually either a job is blocked in the print driver, so no other files will be sent to the printer until this has cleared, or there is actually no connection between the PC and the printer. The info should help to clear the former and clarify the latter.

First, I would suggest recycling the power on the printer and when the status light goes green press the button to make sure that the unit is feeding labels correctly.

Next on the PC, open Control Panel > Devices and Printers and double click on the printer to see if there are any jobs that are blocking the print queue. If there are click on the Printer menu and Cancel All Documents to clear them. This can sometimes take a few minutes to complete. If for some reason they don't all clear then you will probably need your IT departments help to stop the Spool service and manually search for and delete the print files from the PC and then restart the Spool service.

Once there are no jobs in the queue, assuming you are using the Seagull version of the driver, select the Properties option from the Printer menu and select the Tools tab. Then from the Action drop down, click on the Form Feed option which will instruct the printer to print a blank label. If it does then you should hopefully now be able to print from BarTender to, but if not you will need to raise this with your IT team again as the printer is not correctly connected/installed to the PC.
